We collect very little. Contact details when you email us or fill in a form, newsletter details if you subscribe, and anonymised analytics about how the site is used. We don't sell data, we don't run advertising trackers on this site, and you can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.
Using this site
You may read, print and share pages for your own use or your organisation's internal use.
You may not:
copy, republish or resell substantial parts of the site
scrape it, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission
misrepresent our work or our clients' work as your own
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it
use the site in any way that's unlawful or that interferes with anyone else's use of it
We may withdraw access to the site or any part of it at any time, without notice.
Intellectual property
All content on this site text, images, video, layout, code, marks belongs to Argot or to our clients, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Case study material is published with client permission. Client names, logos and product imagery remain the property of those clients, and nothing here grants you a licence to use them.

Accuracy of what we publish
We write about strategy, brand and marketing. It's opinion and general commentary based on our experience, not advice for your specific situation, and it isn't legal, financial or professional advice.
Figures in case studies were supplied or verified by the client and measured over the period stated. Results described are specific to those engagements. Nothing on this site is a promise or forecast of what would happen for you.
We keep the site accurate as best we can but make no warranty that it's complete.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a form or emailing us doesn't create a contract or oblige either of us to anything.
Anything you send us with an enquiry a brief, a deck, figures we treat as confidential and use only to assess whether we can help. We'll delete it on request. If your organisation requires an NDA before you share detail, send it and we'll sign it.
Fees quoted on this site or in a proposal are indicative until confirmed in a signed statement of work, and exclude VAT and third-party costs such as media spend, licensing, talent and print.
Newsletter
Subscribing is voluntary and you can unsubscribe from any issue. We may stop publishing, change the format or remove a subscriber at our discretion.
Links to other sites
We link out to things worth reading. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, their security or their privacy practices. A link isn't an endorsement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Subject to that, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site including lost profit, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to £100.
This site is provided as it is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
